Charges 10% (+VAT) of all rent collected

2. Let only Package

For those investors who wish to utilise our expertise in finding suitable tenants for their properties, but then manage their investments personally.  This service consists of the following benefits:

• Finding a tenant 
• Arranging all advertising for your property at discounted rates
• Comprehensive reference and suitability check of tenants
• Preparing your property to comply with all legislative requirements
• Preparing and completing all relevant legal documentation
•  Market  leading, competitive insurance packages available for all our landlords and tenants

Charges £199 (+ VAT) per tenancy
